Serving Strategic Solutions

A little bit about me:
I am an engineer by education and training. I got into the IT industry, specifically applications development, because my Master's thesis was a huge computer program to schedule a batch petro-chemical plant. I stayed in the programming field for a few years, working in Oil & Gas, Healthcare and public sector developing multi-user, secure access, role-based database and web applications. Several of those project were right here on (feel free to see my recommendations on from those projects). After a few years of programming, I transitioned into project management and technical writing. Developers usually aren't good writers, but my employers noticed I had a keen sense of writing, and an eye for detail. So I was consistently the chosen one in several small and large organizations I was a part of, to often be the one-man documentation department. I started creating user manuals, admin manuals, training material, product manuals, bids, proposals, and so on. Some of these are on display in my portfolio. Several of them are confidential as well. Later I went on to get my PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from For a few years I formed project teams and implemented several application development projects, which I continue to do today. My resume is available in my portfolio for your kind perusal. So I am a:
Brand-minded technical writer with a robust portfolio and a finger on the pulse of IT software application issues. Data analyst with 15+ years of experience in interpreting and analyzing data for driving business solutions. Proficient knowledge in statistics, mathematics, and analytics. Excellent understanding of business operations and analytics tools for effective analysis of data. PMP certified project manager with the technical expertise and business acumen necessary to translate business requirements and objectives into scalable, highly resilient, and successful completed projects.
