Our team has 3 developers and me as a project manager. We are working around 4 years together and have mane more then 40 projects together Including web and applications. We can do both back end and front end.

Our hour rate is 35$
My typical duties:
• Business/System analysis;
• Project evaluation and planning;
• Processes and communications setup with Jira, GitHub, CI Server;
• Budgeting and team composition control;
• Specifications creating;
• Presentation of the team deliverables to all stakeholders;
• Driving daily team meetings and UAT (User Acceptance Testing);
• Project delivery
I am very particular in terms of meeting timelines and providing best quality output. I treat each of my tasks equally important keeping in mind that they represent my own work ethics. Everyday me and my team have meetings where we discuss what tasks we need to do.
