Work Terms
I work as the job comes and on demand. You are my highest priority that's why I work with a bid to serving you better. Payments via Escrow is preferred as this gives me some assurances. I understand the fears of employers in respect to milestone payments, as a result I am flexible on this based on an agreed understanding we may have as the project begins.
However, I just want you to know that the above is not iron clad therefore we could always work out terms that are convenient to us both and the platform.
