I am A Artist and Designer with a background in illustration and 3D Modeling. I have also been working in the Architectural Design Industry for over 20 years. I have professional experience producing Engineering and Design Drawings for small to very large projects. I can provide construction drawings for building permit submission as well as concept design drawings and shop drawings. My background includes 3D BIM Modeling as well with over 6 years of professional experience using products like Autocad, Revit, and SKetchUp. I can provide the attention to detail required to get your job completed and on time.
I work mainly in the evenings and on weekends PST. I am always available via cell phone, email, or text. I also have a fax available. I prefer payment via paypal with a 50% deposit for work to start.
