My project required some unique skills and the actual requirement was obscure at best, but Ashish and his team did brilliantly.
They spent the time needed to understand my requirements and were quick to amend issues.
While working with them, I felt they could communicate to me on several levels and understood what I meant without having to go too much into details.
I would recommend them purely on the basis of ease of communication and time keeping but they have many plus points about themselves.
I hope this feedback helps you, the employer, make an informed judgment about their suitability to your project.
