Patti & company are outstanding. She is professional and has a great system for us to view our calls and data. The caller she assigned is doing an excellent job of getting us leads. We will continue to use the guru for a while.

Sandra got sick and passed on the assignment to a coworker - except the coworker didn't get all of the instruction, nor the material to send if it was requested by the contacts. I did get a list of people who wanted the additional information, but the project assignment was not completed properly and I was very disappointed. I have worked with Sandra in the past and will try again, but projects should not be passed on to another unless ALL of the instructions are clear AND the client is aware!
