I am a tech savvy customer service expert with over six years of experience working in B2B, B2C, B2E, technical support and SaaS support via phone, e-mail and chat for clients such as Asus, Audible.com, Brightsourced, MM4 an Xchanging Company, Sirius XM and Sprint. During my professional career I have also directly worked in and/or been exposed to supply chain management, project management, team management, recruitment, social media management, procurement, eProcurement, sourcing, eSourcing and eAuctions. While working for MM4 an Xchanging Company I attended to/managed several procurement projects valued at up to circa $2.5 million on behalf of several of their clients including but not limited to Walmart, Asda, Federal Mogul, Closure Systems International, Dayco, Brambles, Kudu and Wilko. My expertise in the aforementioned métiers via BPO is enhanced by my avid interest in technology, training in ICT engineering and general computer skills; I am proficient in the use of web and desktop applications such as but not limited to Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Cisco Packet Tracer.


Reliability is a major factor to be considered when hiring a remote based worker; in an effort to further boost my reliability I have acquired apparatus that affords me up to 24 hours of backup power, thus I have absolutely no issues with power outages.
