I'm a BS Nursing Graduate. I've worked in BPO industry for 8 years. I handled accounts like Financial Sales, Customer Service and Insurance account both for Inbound and Outbound calls for US and Australian clients. As for working home-based; it started last 2014 as a Researcher and Encoder and eventually a become a Virtual Assistant which I could help you doing cold calls/cold emails, I'm a Telemarketer/Appointment setter both for B2B and B2C.
I value trust of my clients, it is very IMPORTANT with this type of job. I always strive hard to be competent with this kind of industry that is why I'm very open to learn new things, and always to make sure clients are satisfied with my work.
Work Terms
I can work 6-8 hours daily. when needed I can work more than that. I prefer payment should be transferred directly to my bank account
