Recipe Developer and Food Writer
I am a recipe developer and food writer, building on prior experience in research assistantships and writing for government and academic publications, and two graduate degrees in Philosophy, at the University of St Andrews (UK), and New York University (USA). My personal interests in recipe development and food writing are in Cantonese food, home-style roasts and stews, handmade pasta, weekly "meal prep" and meal planning for healthy eating, and baking with sourdough, but I am open to almost all sub-genres.
