I have been a fine artist my entire---majoring in art at Boston University--and attending "the Art Student's League" in NYC all through out my high school years and on and off after college---over the years I have gained expertise in so many different fields of art--- having published 2 children's books that I illustrated--one was written by my daughter ( who was born with a natural ability to write)---I have owned and operated my own and other people's art galleries both here in the US and abroad--I am an accomplished portrait artist as well and have used tis talent to make extra money along the way---I paint and draw in multiple mediums ---and have developed different styles---each one perfect for the job I am doing---I have taken a long break from doing freelance art for various reasons---now I have returned to my favorite way to earn money--doing Freelance work, which gives me variety and challenges ( which I love) and Guru.------also during the past 30 years I have marketed and sold Real Estate---another area that I find fascinating ----I have become quite adept at --writing ads, doing brochures and flyers, marketing campaigns, promotional Photography, interior decorating--especially in terms of staging homes and products to show them in the best possible light and how to succeed in grabbing the precious "first impression " that pulls a buyer in. There are different approaches for different types of buyers - it has taken me years to recognize and know how to use these successfully .
Work Terms
I will do most work for $20. --$40.00 per hour ---the only exceptions being very long and pains taking jobs (eg. Portrait painting) that I think are better served being paid by the job. Very fast and simple jobs I will do for less----I am open to any amount that I think is fair and equitable for both parties----after all, everything is negotiable!
