Look, I know there are lots of lower costs workers. But let me try to convince you that hiring an American may be a good first option.

1) I'm in the eastern time zone, so we don't need to talk at 3am.
2) You can sue me! Sounds crazy, but workers outside the US don't have to follow US legal contracts.
3) I need to be reliable and responsive because I can't compete on price.
4) You know how a quick phone call can aid understanding and move a project along. Avoid frustration and hire a native speaker.
5) I'm in Michigan!

We're a couple (my wife and I) who create software and content for clients. Projects include: Cloud, Mac & Windows apps; and responsive websites. Content creation include: Graphic Design & Writing.

Work Terms

50% in escrow and paid on completion of each phase. A project will be broken into agreed phases. I don't take on projects that are 100% at the end (or with final accepted deliverable). Also, you agree NOT to use the arbitration because of the high fees. You only pay upon completion of the project, and give up any right of dispute after payment is released.
