The project appeared to be quite challenging from algorithmical point of view, but Eugene demonstrated required persistence and research initiative to complete the task. The only problem was that project was delayed due to its underestimated complexity and some personal grounds.

Outstanding! I am very impressed with Mr. Konkov's work. His work is clean and well organized. For creating dynamic code, understanding how to properly use visual studio's object and collection models are essential. This is another reason why Eugene is simply one of the best.
