I have a very diverse background that helps me to understand most projects. I started working in the Developmental Component segment of the Plastic Industry in 1989. The owner of the company where I trained is one of the most respected individuals related to polymer design. I have designed and built tooling and then tested the tooling for sample components. I worked for Glenn Beall Engineering till 1995 and started my own company (Tradewind Resources) in 1994 to help expand services offered to customers. I have worked with many well known companies by providing prototype component design assistance and functional prototype and production components.

Work Terms

Thank you for listing your project and would enjoy the opportunity to assist you.
I am home based business, located in Central Florida (just North of Walt Disney World). I am an expert with injection molded components, from working as a Project Coordinator, Mold Maker and Molder. I entered into the plastic industry in 1989. My current position is as a Product/Project Engineer, which means that I am prepared to help you with any and all phases of your project. This would include concept to finished packaged product ready for retail sale or OEM components.
The first step should be a review of your project and intended goals. Most listings do not include enough information to provide an accurate quote. Therefore I will request a project review along with your expected goals to determine if I would be a good fit to provide the best success for your project. My minimum charge covers three hours of chargeable time toward a project. My hourly charge has been greatly discounted for the freelance websites to help entrepreneurs afford a skilled professional to assist them with their project. If your project is based on the use of plastic or rubber to manufacture it, I should be able to deliver exceptional results.

For low cost production I am partnered with companies in the US, China and India. Thus my schedule runs almost 24 hours per day. I generally communicate over Skype as my primary choice followed by E-Mail. Once working with a client, communications are normal all through the day and night. The bottom line is that my satisfaction comes from providing excellent customer service and helping my clients manufacture cost-effective, quality components.
