Work Terms
The vast majority of the work we do is simple fee for hire - that is, we charge by the hour. Each person has an hourly rate that is commensurate with their skills, experience and education. This method is generally the most efficient as you only pay for exactly what you need - no more and no less.
We estimate the total amount of work that is necessary to complete the deliverables needed for your project and provide a written estimate. Each person fills out a detailed time record of exactly when they started a task and when it ended. Both a summary and a detail record is reported to the customer each week.
