Tim did a good job developing a location app for a prototype timing system. It turns out that a Newton-style interative solver approach was faster than the brute force approach so we went that route. Tim was responsive with updates.

This was a difficult project to convey & design and required specialized storage hardware skills that Timothy didn't have (and I didn't expect him to). He did a great job of modeling a quick-time-to-market solution and delivering a MIB that could be used as foundation for the next phase.
