As my profile states, I am a creative writer. My previous work has been primarily in fiction, most often romances as well as some children's literature.

When it comes to different genres, I pride myself on being adaptable, finding both a voice and characters relevant to, not only the genre but the time period as well. For historical works or characters with specific careers, I'm willing to do whatever research is necessary to ensure an accurate representation of the truth.

As for non-fiction, whether it's books, articles, or blog posts, I will always go the extra mile to be truthful, helpful, and reader-friendly. I keep the intended audience in mind at all times. My writing style is usually conversational, however, if the client would prefer a more academic approach I'm more than capable of meeting the requirements.

I am capable, not only of editing my own work but the work of others. As a writer, I understand that it can be hard to decide what to keep and what to throw away. Allow me to offer some extra insight! I'll treat your projects with the same care and consideration I would any of my own.

Another service I offer is basic proofreading. I work as a proofreader at The Spencer Daily Reporter. My responsibilities include correcting errors, posting to the website, and formatting the material in the most user-friendly way possible.

Work Terms

I'm available for messaging from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. I prefer to keep my correspondence through Guru if at all possible.
My hourly rate is $15 and hour. If a project has a fixed price I go on a case by case basis. Some projects, whether the word count is high or not, are quite difficult, so the rate changes based on the work required.
