Turning data into actionable intelligence
I am a financial and business executive with a 30+ year history of data driven decision making as a Founder, CEO, CFO and Adviser to organizations of all sizes in multiple industries, including technology, retail, healthcare, private equity and audit. During that time, I gained broad experience in business management, advanced financial modeling and data analytics, as well as M&A negotiation, valuation, deal structure and due diligence.
I design and build complex financial models (often as a basis for investment or M&A transactions) as well as other purpose-specific models for custom applications. I also develop data driven models to measure the underlying cause and effect relationships, relative strength and directional trend behind companies’ Key Performance Indicators, using both financial and operational data sources.
My model design includes the following features and more:

Work Terms
I am based in Dallas, on Central Time, which allows me to comfortably straddle all US time zones and is part of the reason why I have many more customers across the country than I do locally.
I am comfortable with communicating by phone, email, Skype, or webinar. Whatever is required to get the job done. If a project requires my physical presence, that's fine too. I have no problem with travel and I enjoy it.
My typical billing frequency is bi-weekly, with payment against receipt of invoice. Obviously, I do not expect you to pay for incomplete work or work that hasn't been carried out to your satisfaction, but I do expect you to tell me if that is the case.
My preferred method of payment is PayPal. It is easy and it is instantaneous. If you prefer to pay by check, then for first time customers I will need an upfront retainer. Unfortunately, I have had too many bad experiences in the past and I don't wish to repeat these. On the flip side, I have a 100% satisfaction rate with my customers and I work hard to keep it that way.
