Work Terms

Prefer Electronic payments(Paypal).
Require Telecommuting (unless Toronto area contract).
Open to site visits (in North America) if required if pre-payed by the client.
Terms of work:
10% up front after being accepted as a contractor for a project.
50% payment for a milestone of development, proven by video of working software.
20% upon delivery of software to client.
20% on acceptance of software by client - when client is happy with work done.
If not happy, or of problems are found I will fix problems in a reasonable amount of time (as long as issues are in scope of original project).
Rate can vary somewhat, based on size of the project.
I am based in Canada(Toronto) and prefer Canadian, US clients.
