Gregory has provided me with lots of new keywords, both negative and positive for my category. My category is a tough one to figure out what people are really looking for, and I already had several hunred keywords. Gregory also educated me on several of the finer points of keywords and PPC search engines, and this has had a noticeable impact on my conversion rate.
