Work Terms
WORKING HOURS
Our hours of operations are as per our Central office in Germany. All jobs done during CET timezone however our customer support and business development team works during CET (Central European Time), EST (Eastern Timezone) and PST Timezone (Pacific Timezone).
WORKING TERMS
1) We do encourage use of guru.com safepay system with terms accepted within the agreement available within guru.com.
2) For projects having $500 or above budget; we take 50% upfront to start working and 50% on completion.
3) For our Go To Monthly Packages; all prices are recurring and will be billed monthly through guru.com invoices.
REFUND POLICY
1) For Design Projects: We provide FULL REFUND of safepay payment within 24 hours of the initial concepts / layouts received or first update submitted. By engaging our team for further revisions and updates; you agree for not approaching guru.com support for a REFUND.
2) For website projects; we encourage you to ask for a REFUND within first week of the project progress. NO REFUND will be given after first week of progress and by engaging our team for further revisions and updates; you agree for not approaching guru.com support for a REFUND and GT Websites Team is liable to get the funds released from safepay account without Arbitration process.
3) NO REFUND will be paid for the invoices that have been paid to GTWebsites Team.
4) NO REFUND will be paid for the GT Monthly Packages at any stage once paid.
