At the end of each week, a progress report is submitted to customer which contains a day-by-day account of the progress that has been made. Any problems
that are encountered would also be communicated so that a joint understanding can be developed. A meeting/ telephonic can also be arranged between the client and the team depending on the requirement. It is assumed that the client will nominate a Project Coordinator for all such communications.

15% on Requirement analysis phase
20% on Release 1
20% on Release 2
20% on final delivery of the project
We will provide a 06 weeks warranty for the solution developed. The warranty will cover fixing of Bugs and Errors.
