About

To contribute in an enthusiastic Engineering/ Architectural environment where I can maximize my potential within a Cad/Revit design culture of accuracy and communication.

I’m an Engineering/ Architectural Draftsman (certified in BIM/ with an AAS degree in Electronics Engineering). Specializing in Revit, Cad, Navisworks and other essential drafting tools which allows me to achieve the desired design specification needed to complete any given project. My 15 years exposure to Intel’s corporate world emphasize the importance of accuracy in specification details and communications. I was able to become a level 56 Tech at Intel and participated in numerous areas of Semi-Conductor Manufacturing including the submittal of an Invention design (2016 Intel Patenting submittal: Pending). Designed using Autodesk CAD 2015/16 program, tested using (SolidWorks) 3D printed models to accurately demonstrate the effectiveness of product to Intel’s Management team; and, maximizing Architecture CAD technology acquired at Phoenix College. Developed for tool specific ION Implanters with the intentions to reduce ergonomic injuries and significantly cutting the cost associated with the regeneration of Graphite parts. I returned to college in 2013 and gained a BIM CERT and worked as the lead draftsman in a private contract to design and renovate a 1930’s Phoenix Historic home. Completed November 2017 after receiving Approval along with Building permits from the City of Phoenix and the Willow Historic department. Responsibilities included coordinating building information to Structural and Electrical engineers, ensuring the accuracy of each layout including Plumbing, Mechanical, Demolition, Elevation details, Framing, Site Plan and Floor Plans. Updates to client included Render illustration and productive communication weekly reports outlining design process. Permit approval responsibilities were also assumed and achieved whereby permits were issued 60 days after submittal.
