I have advocated for multinational companies, telecommunication companies, civil aviation authority and corporate clients in areas of civil banking, corporate governance matters, and contracts.
I an expert in contract law and have successfully drafted, negotiated and managed billions of dollar worth of contracts and procurement agreements. I have also prepared documents – non-disclosure agreements, companies’ liquidation, Memorandum of Associations, Articles of Association, Software license agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, construction contracts, service agreements, court cases, deeds, and Terms & conditions in accordance with GDPR. I can help you minimize risks and maximize profits. I have worked as a Contract Specialist drafting, negotiating and managing some of the largest contracts in telecom and aviation (airports) projects.
I have extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, preparation of business cases, project scope of work, tender documents, performance management, policies and procedures for startups and businesses in technology including e-commerce management, and fintech companies.

Work Terms
8 Hours (Monday to Friday). Can work on weekends if required.
Payment terms as per the agreement during negotiation with the employers.
