Ellen delivered the product exactly as we specified. She handled our changes, and "tweaks" without missing a beat. She was great at incorporating our input as well as that of our customers, all while staying focused on our deadline and budget. Ellen is very accessible, knowledgeable, and very committed to the customer service aspect of conducting business. I would recommend the contracting of her services to anyone who is considering affording her that opportunity. Unfortunately my second experience with this designer did not go as well.
