  Rick (instinctive design) was fantastic. The historical nature of the novels created difficulties in needing images that were plausibly historically accurate. We also had to find appropriate and aesthetically pleasing images that were in the public domain. Rick worked with me to overcome these hurdles and created beautiful works of art. He was prompt, professional, and I was fully satisfied from his work.

  I can only say one thing - If instinctivedesign bids on your project and you do not select them, you are an idiot! Rick was a consumate professional, rates completely reasonable, responded to my vision by taking it up a notch that left me nearly speechless, and worked with me to improve very minor corrections to font selection.
