This is Isaac Yap:
1. I work with people, play with numbers, solve and complex challenges.
2. Experiences can be measured either quantitatively or qualitatively, I walked by the latter and owned it.
3. I'm a humble person and I’m proud of what I can do, that doesn’t conflict.
4. I give energy to people around me and draw energy from having quality time by myself.
5. Google is my religion, it answers most of the time.
6. Common sense and good judgement is the key.
7. We are all stupid about things we don’t know, that's fine.

- Always a commercially driven role (Sales/BD/AM/CS), supported by track revenue/portfolio record.
- Worked in both fast-paced start-ups and also multinational corporations to support regional business needs.
- Been through 2 merger and acquisition activities; being the party acquiring and also the acquired party.
Used to manage a small sales unit with team goals before turning into a specialised sole-contributing role.
- Started working remotely in 2017. Had also been in roles that required me to travel (fly) for work extensively.
