Work Terms

In consideration of the terms and conditions set forth below, Company and Independent Contractor hereby agree as follows: SERVICES AND TERMS. Work. Independent Contractor shall perform the Work described on Schedule "A" to this Agreement (the "Work") in the manner and in accordance with the schedule set forth on Schedule "A" (which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference) and the other provisions of this Agreement. The description of Work, as stated in Schedule "A", describes the services that Independent Contractor shall perform, commencing on the Effective Date. COMPENSATION AND RELATED MATTERS. Fees for Work. In full consideration of Independent Contractor's Company shall pay Independent Contractor the compensation in the amounts, at the times and subject to the other terms and conditions described in Schedule "A" to this Agreement (the "Compensation"). The Client could pay via PayPal, through Jax Media billing. By Check, written out to Jax Media.
