I am self motivated, energetic and skilled construction manager who is result oriented, well rounded, creative thimker, versatile and confident communicator who inspires exception results.

i am a construction manager graduate of JKUAT in Kenya with a verse experience of 6 years in construction engineering industry. as construction manager graduate i have been taken through all construction processes. I have knowledge and experience in the architectural and engineering design,building and construction economics, construction management techniques and tender processes. i have worked in different companies in different roles;
1. as a project manager in a project management firm,
2. in a quantity surveying company,
3. in a construction company and in a civil and structural engineer company
I have gained experience in designing, budgeting,planning, organizing and coordinating construction projects. in addition i have gained experience in the use of archi cad and Auto cad, ms office and ms project.
My hobbies are travelling, swimming, reading , athletics and football sports.

Work Terms

I work 15 hours a day, i.e. from 0500 to 2000 with 4 break. I prefer payment to be made on promptly on finalizing the project. communication methods is through emails, phone calls.
