Joe is a very personable guy and we were very comfortable having him call on our inactive customers. His comfort with ACT! allowed him to efficiently contact our customers and provide us with a summary of his efforts in an easy-to-use Excel format. Joe worked above and beyond to work through the list that we provided to him. We expect to revive some of our inactive customers thanks to Joe's efforts.
