All new clients are required to deposit the total project value in Escrow. Repeat clients may be eligible to pay for smaller projects using Safepay Invoicing, which cuts down on Escrow fees.
Projects of $750 or more require a down payment equal to 1/3 the total project value before starting.
Work on a project begins only when all of the following have been completed by Employer:
- Approved the Project Agreement
- Deposited project fees in Escrow
- Paid invoice for down payment (if applicable)
