  Jose is amazing. I am working with him now for more then a year but he is a great developer. Without a lot of information he always knows exactly what you want, and he is also very proactive. If I give him a task he will question me sometimes to check if I know what I am doing, and then when we both agree he starts. This is wat you need when you work with a developer abrought.
