I was born in Caracas Venezuela in the year 1954. I decided to be an engineer and during the time I was studying y worked half time too. Assisting other engineers, in inspections, the quantity of work done, materials take-off list. Structural drawings were made by me. Some design was done a house and a fire station. After graduating I could build a Church and embraced several field projects. later I was working with the Microsoft project and the Pert-CPM method employed for a large company in Planification, controlling the works time of completion.
Later continued building bridges. I finally ended working for a university as a structures professor where I had to update my knowledge to the latest standards, and construction codes. Used new structure software. From the year 2000, I started AutoCAD making structural drawings. Today I work as a freelancer and I enjoy working at home.

I like to start working early in the morning at 5 am, making several stops throughout the day. Do not have a regular schedule anyhow I work until I complete 4 hours
But still, I am late at the computer to about 9 pm making research and studying new material according to my bids posted, and different construction codes updates. when I have a customer work until the job is done to his satisfaction. I like fixed prices with milestones.
