Karen is so responsive it is actually scary. She seems to work from 5:00 AM until Midnight. Karen is also extremely thorough providing mutiple versions of each piece and once I selected providing multiple colors, etc. She also recommened a printer that was almost 50% less than the local printer and worked through the proofs with the printer. All I can say is "HIRE HER!" Thanks
