I hesitate to give Kirk a less than excellent rating on everything because I know our standards are a lot higher than others doing a simular ranking. I will pursue this course anyway and include my comments that should help to normalize this particular feedback.
Kirk's technical skills related to all aspects of Google and Yahoo paid search campaings are indeed excellent. The bottom line gauge for determining the success for these campaings is ROI. Kirk help with the setup, analysis, and tuning of these campaigns help to insure their success.
Kirk's creativity is also above average. I rated him "only" above average because I think if there was an opportunity for him to work with us as an associate in our organization on a day to day basis he would be much better. All this said you can't go wrong with our so called "very good" rating.
We rank Kirk Excellent for Timeliness. Kirk alway completed his assigned tasks on time or ahead of time. Kirk ran our company by himself one week when all senior team members were out of the office. This was at a time when there were major campaign changes being made. Kirk did an excellent job of holding down the fort and proved to be very dependable.
Kirk has very good verbal and written communications skills. Very good according to our standards are probably excellent to most.
