Work Terms
U.S. Based Small or Medium sized business only. All projects require a signed statement of work and 50% down and final payment within 30 days of completion. Project timeline is typically 6-8 weeks. Travel billed separately and in accordance with client travel policies. In general onsite for project kick off, interviews, and data collection. Balance of work completed remotely with final onsite review.
