I am Kitchen and Bath Designer. I design with AUTO CAD 20/20 Program.

I start to work in this field from 2001 and I design 2 or 3 Kitchens a day. Actually I work for Company in Maryland USA. I like beach and swim.

Work Terms

I am Kitchen, Bath, Office Designer for more than 15 years.
1. Approximately time for design a kitchen 10 ft. x 10 ft. is 2 hours
2. Changes maybe take time one hour or less dependent how many change are there.
3. For each new design ideas take time around one hour because I do copy-paste and i will move appliances around or cabinets.
4. I like to work with you, I understand your busy day and you understand my busy day with 20/20 design program.
5. If customer want to change a microwave to a hood vent I charge $3 for each change.
6. Design Cost: For normal Kitchen 10 ft. x 10 ft.(bottom and top) I charge $60($30/h x 2 h). All the project I will send by e-mail( JPEG). Floor plan and top view 3D cost $15, each elevation and perspective view cost $12, each change $3, for extra large Kitchen each ft. bottom and top $3(for example Kitchen 10 ft. x 15 ft. I will charge 5 ft. extra x $3 = $15). Island $3 for ft. 24 inch deep. So, total cost for Kitchen10 ft. x 10 ft. = $168 (no island, only one extra design idea)
7. I do list price using 20/20 under my brands: Thomasville, Kraft Maid, Decora, Americanwoodmark, Innermost, and I will delivery the cabinets in 4-5-6 weeks anywhere in the us. Delivery cost $250 one time all Kitchen.
