I use Google Adwords (Search & Display certified-11 years experience), Bing (certified-10 years experience) Google Analytics (certified-5 years experience) and Facebook (7 years experience) to bring traffic and sales. I also advise on SEO. I feel this is very exciting work. Do you know what it feels like to make sales jump 50% in just one year? Amazing!

# Renting villas for holidays #

This is known as vacation rentals or villa rentals. I bring reservations to villas i.e. rent them for short-term or long-term (from 3 nights to 3 months) for my clients. This is even more exciting! The work involves market research, pricing, digital marketing, listing and booking management, liaising with prospects and clients and so on. There are 16 villas in my portfolio with positive signs for a steady increase. I have also started to expand outside Greece ,reaching customers with villas in the tropical zones.

Work Terms

For Pay-Per-Click projects, I work on an hourly fee, although fixed pricing cannot be ruled out for small projects.

For projects related to Vacation rental properties (booking management, managing inquiries etc.) I work with the Industry's Global standard, i.e. revenue share for every booking that comes in. The percentage depends n the type of property. But for Marketing work related to vacation rentals (digital marketing, listing management, pricing etc.) I have an hourly rate.
