Len's programming skills met our high expectations for these projects. He quickly assessed our project requests and implemented solutions that worked well and left undisturbed the rest of the site's intricate code. Also, and quite importantly, Len exhibited great flexibility, which projects for this particular site require: in the middle of the assigned work, the client came up with an emergency project. Len completed that job, working solely from my oral instructions, while also staying on schedule with the original projects. I've definitely found my new programmer in Len.
