I have been doing transcription for over 25 years. Clear communication and an understanding of the jobs I do are things that are important to me to get the job done well, and with speed.
I have a home and family to take care of, so my hours of operation vary. I prefer email communication because I can always refer to them for specific instructions, but phonecalls are good as well. I prefer to get $10 per hour I spend working.
