A Common Scenario:
Your organization determines there is a performance problem which is best solved by implementing eLearning. The training department is tasked with this project but don’t know where to start. They ask the subject matter experts (SMEs) to design content. PowerPoint slides are imported into an authoring tool. As the project moves along, there are constant bumps requiring the team to backtrack. The final product is over budget and off schedule. In regards to payment, I am happy to work either hourly or fixed price. We will operate according to Guru's payment policy: place money in escrow, and payment at determined milestones.
