We booked hotel reservations, cancel/re-book reservations, provided driving directions if needed, enroll them to the chains loyalty program, upsale when needed.With Intercontinental Hotels Group; I also had the opportunity to be a Hotel Content Manager where we updated hotel information on their website making sure that all information is correct and up to date. I also had the chance to be a chat operator for a Carchat where we make sure to answer a chat efficiently. With carchat, we assisted website visitors with their queries regarding purchasing a vehicle, check if they are looking for new or pre-owned vehicle and ask what car make and model preference. We also provide lease and finance options making sure to take their information and submit it as a lead to the dealership. We also make appointment for visitors who wants to go to the dealership to check on cars and for service purposes.
