Mohammad Shamsur Rahman is an independent trainer, consultant and career coach for the ITES industry with expertise in Financial Sector and ITES. In the recent years Mr. Rahman has worked as Head of Business Development of a leading multinational organization engaged in IT BPO. Before that he worked for two different leading private commercial banks both in corporate head office and branch level positions including the position “Head of Branch”. Prior to this, Mr. Rahman was engaged in BPO and he was one of the key player for the leading national BPO pioneer. He had successfully conducted more than 30 in house training in this careers both in home and abroad.

His major academic area is Economics, Accounting, Finance and Business. Besides this he carried on gaining professional qualification on outsourcing through International Association of Outsourcing Professionals [IAOP] head quartered in USA.

At present, Rahman is dedicatedly working on various IT business consulting, professional training and development projects.
