Work Terms

Our work terms are as follows:
1. The projects to be undertaken at our end under Tracker and ODC modes ensure quality deliverables, best in class resources and quick turnaround time.
2. Our people at Moptra also provide services in Agile Model under Fixed bid project method and Waterfall model.

We follow a simplified procedure for payments:

1. Under fixed bid project, we immediately start working on the project as soon as it is awarded to us.
2. The terms and milestones are set well before initiating the project with due consent from client.

We do not charge extra fees for:
1. Analyzing your existing code and reviewing the code.
2. A dedicated client advocate will be appointed for client.
3. A complete checkup of project on midterm basis.
4. A screen based user manual post completion of project of web/mobile application.
5. Deployment of code at server post completion of project.
6. Submission of App to Appstores

A 1-month free support will be provided from our end on the code that has been developed by us in order to deal any use case or reported bug.
