Customer satisfaction is my goal.
My previous studies centered on Marketing as an undergraduate. After six years of work in this area, I was admitted to pursue for master degrees in business management and actuary science.
In addition to my academic studies, I gained valuable practical experience by working in marketing and sales. My work experience taught me how to truly determine customer needs as well as how to ensure customer satisfaction.
After I got my master degrees, I had served as a teacher in Economics and Management Department. I taught courses in product marketing strategy, E-commerce, business management, international trade and logistics.
Furthermore, I opened my own online shop to sell electronic books. I published, promoted and managed my products online.
