Full-cycle IT Recruitment process
- Recruit top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking;
- Create Job descriptions, identify the main requirements, make job posting;
- Daily e-mail/phone/skype communication with potential candidates;
- Conduct HR-interviews, pre-screenings, providing feedbacks;
