I have worked on Architecture, Interiors & Industrial Design Projects of varying scale & complexity. I have worked with small and mid-size architecture practices for most of my career, as well as a large-scale Architecture Outsourcing MNC for 2½ years. I have managed project teams of 5 to 15 members, handling multiple projects of diverse typology ranging from Highrise Apartments, Low-rise Apartments, Malls & Multiplexes, Stockyards & Warehouses, Institutional Complexes, Housing, Individual Bungalows, Farmhouses, Residential Interiors, Showrooms and Corporate Offices.

International Exposure: I also have experience of outsourcing & work-sharing on international projects for Architecture Firms & Real Estate Developers based in US, UK, Australia, Canada & the Middle-East, for 2½ years.

Implementation of International CAD Standards: In my role as an Architect, Senior Architect, or Studio head, apart from responsibilities of carrying out numerous core project tasks as elaborated, I have also been persistent to focus on and implement Drawing Standards, Construction Documents Standardization, and AutoCAD working standards. Since my exposure to AIA CAD standards at Satellier India Pvt. Ltd., I have effectively implemented the same for stages of Schematic Design, SD, Design Development, DD & Construction Documents, CD, for most of the large-scale projects I have handled in the Indian firms as well, post 2009.

Adopting international standards & guidelines invariably benefitted the work-flow by minimizing errors, systematic organization of drawings & project directories, uniformity in drawing conventions for all team members, effectively resulting in saving time and resources through disciplined drawing management and documentation processes.

I keep constantly upgrading and updating myself in reference to the projects on hand, I have, consequently, cultivated the skills of my subordinates to improve their own working methods and also learning from them in the process.

I have been working on Revit Architecture since 2007-2008, having managed teams of 5-to-10 Architects and Draftspersons working on Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Autocad & Microstation.

For any upcoming REVIT / BIM projects opportunity, I am confident of accomplishing complex Revit modeling tasks with current status of my ongoing Revit experience. However to maximize the BIM output and utilization of REVIT to its full potential, I would require a short re-orientation time for updating and upgrading my Revit & BIM knowledge to higher levels of most recent internationally prevalent practices, in order to work hands-on, along with managing teams working on Revit or other BIM platforms.
