Here are the areas where we can help you in building your Drupal site:
1) Site building
2) Custom module development
3) Custom theming
4) Performance optimization - Check out http://redcrackle.com/blog/performance/drupal-performance-optimization-checklist for an exhaustive list of Drupal performance tuning tips.

Here are some more specific project examples that we have worked on in recent past:

1) Programmable Web (http://www.programmableweb.com) - This is a media site showing news about APIs.
(a) Migrated the site from custom code to Drupal 7.
(b) Used workflow module for proper publishing workflow.
(c) Developed custom module to integrate with Google PubSubHubBub that pushes the site updates to subscribers in real time.
(d) Developed custom theme based on Bootstrap.
(e) Optimized page load times by using with APC, Memcache, Nginx, Varnish and integrating the site with Route 53 DNS service and AWS Cloudfront for caching dynamic data. Try loading this site in your browser and browse around. See how fast it loads.
(f) Integrated with Apache Solr for enterprise-level search.

2) Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (https://www.miamichamber.com) - They were looking to use Drupal Commerce to add subscription functionality to their site.
(a) Used Commerce Subscription module to add subscription functionality.
(b) Used Commerce Invoices module to generate invoices automatically.
(c) Created a report for the admins to see who hasn't paid the subscription amount so that they can easily be contacted.
