Work Terms
All follow Guru escrow.
For projects smaller than (or equal) $2000:
+ First Upfront 50% (down payment).
+ Deliver on your environment: 50%.
For medium sized projects ($2000) there would be 4 milestones:
+ First Upfront 25%: should be released after project room set up, subversion and dev site installed. Human resource arranged. This needs to be escrowed and released in 24 hours after proposal selection.
+ First full demo 50% (passed our internal testing phase 1). This needs to be escrowed right after the first milestone gets released. And should be released when we send demo links.
+ Final deliverable: finish fixing all your bugs may found (or glitch things) 25%. This need to be escrowed when you release the 50% milestone, release when all done.
