I can successfully lead a team or two as tech management keeping +-50% hands-on code in positions as Team Lead, and Engineering Manager.
I might not yet have enough experience to manage managers, therefore I might consider Director of Engineering and VP of Engineering positions only in small companies, or with an opportunity to grow in such a position in time.
