Overture not only proposed to do the work, but also included a draft based on my job description -- a real differentiator! The draft was great, the proposal was on target, and the final product was well beyond my initial expectations. The writing process was collaborative -- we talked through ideas and concerns and came to consensus -- and I am ecstatic with the results. I've been burned by freelancers on other web sites, but this experience will keep me coming back to guru.com and Overture Publications.
